During our journey to the Antarctic, I photographed 8 different types of penguins and 5 of those are represented in the galleries below. The Rockhopper being the smallest is the cutest with their red eyes, yellow eye brows and pink feet. Both the Chinstrap (appropriately named for the strap under their chin) and Adelie are pure black and white and beautiful in their own right. The most magnificent penguin I photographed was the King Penguin - very regal of black, silver, white, and gold that stands about 37 inches tall.
